Caracas features many interesting monuments and museums to visit with the Museum de Arte Colonial being a sight to see. Dating as far back as the late 17th century, the musuem is surrounded by some truly impressive gardens. Also a trip to Capitolio Federal should not be missed which dominates an entire city block and dates back to 1870.
The list is endless of places to visit in this historical city that is would be impossible to see everything all at once but one of the best ways to see the city all at once is by taking the city's cable car.
